FORMATION OF ACUBE:

The small thought in the mind of a 1^st B.Tech student to make some enthusiastic event for his fellow students made him conduct a small quiz for all the 1^st B.Tech students of ASCET in the year 2008.It was a huge success and he could find students showing their immense enthusiasm towards such events. Then after a thought of forming a student club started growing in his mind which made him sleepless. Upon sharing the same with 3 of his friends, he could gain their support and they 4 after doing sufficient groundwork placed a proposal of forming a student club before the principal of ASCET. The principal waved green flag and extended his support by assigning the then placement officer of Audisankara group of institutions, Dr. N.V Surendra babu garu as the convener for the club.

The next challenge before them was to search for a grand platform to launch their brain child. Without any hesitation they choose a national level quiz competition as the launching event of their student club. They formed as the core committee and selected around 60 energetic and talented students as the members of the group. Arrangements for the quiz competition were made on war footage and finally the day came.

It was 28^th August 2010 and the first national level quiz competition named CATECHIZE was inaugurated by the chief guest of honor LATE Sri Ranga Swami Garu, branch manager SBI Gudur.

The chairman of AUDISANKARA GROUP OF INSTITUIONS launched ACUBE officially and the man behind it came into lime light as the 1^st secretary of AUDISANKARA’s AGOG ALLIANCE, Y.SYAM SREENADH.

Our strengths:

This org serves as a platform for the students to explore themselves in this highly competitive world.

The activities , club meetings, group discussions , programs & events being organized under A³avail the students to enhance their inner strengths and improvise their soft skills , communication skills and employable skills.

There is no exaggeration in saying that all the core members and other active members of Acube have secured good jobs and excelled in their respective carriers and they make it as appoint to mention that it is because of Acube that their confidence levels and communication skills have developed enormously

We are glad to have State Ranker SURYA THEJA as one of the founders, he admits that his top rank and gold medals are just one side of the coin and other side lies the part of Acube in moulding him into a responsible citizen and improvising his interpersonal and communication skills immensely

More than anything ACUBE teaches its members to live as a responsible citizen of Glorifying INDIA.

WHAT DO WE DO ??

A³, formed as a small group of enthusiastic students in our college, now turned out to be a full-fledged student club in our college to join which students are competing a lot, facing screenings and interviews by the core committee.

Here is a list of activities being run under A³ :-

1. Catechize-A national level quiz competition

2. Student chapter-Which includes every week club meeting

3. Communication skills development programs- Group discussions, debates etc.

4. Organizing events for the college-Republic day, annual day, Independence Day, Blood donation camps, Placement drive volunteering.

5. Maintaining a separate notice board in the college which contains

i. TECHNOLOGY TODAY (latest technologies irrespective of fields)

ii. DO U KNOW ?? (amazing facts)

iii. THOUGHT FOR THE DAY

iv. TIP OF THE DAY

v. PRESENT BURNING ISSUES

vi. GREETINGS like wishing students on their examinations, birthdays and festivals

6. All this would have been as unfulfilled job, if we had not contributed something for the society.

We, as a part of our regular body meetings came across the issues like poverty, child labor, corruption, illiteracy, malnutrition etc. After enough debate being done on all these issues, we started SOCIAL SERVICE by taking the ideas of three students from our club and formed a separate sector for social service called SOCIAL SERVICE WING and the in charges were

As a part of this serving the poor we decided to collect some money like donations through conducting STUDENT FOOD STALL every year on the eve of college annual day celebrations

We have gone through two successful stalls, here every item is purchased by the students money i.e, investment is completely by students , will sell those items for market price itself.

Later profit gained by the stall will be donated to orphanages and poor people under the guidance of Director of AUDISANKARA GROUP OF INSTITUTIONS.
